dcglabs.ca is a static site published by DCG Labs Inc. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and collects no personal information. Fonts and images are served from this site, so loading it makes no requests to third parties. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for the operation and security of the service, and we do not use them for any other purpose.
When you email info@dcglabs.ca we keep your message and address for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Each product handles data in its own way and has its own policy. Diecast Garage's privacy policy is at api.diecastgarage.ca/privacy. StickerNest runs inside Photoshop on your computer and contacts our licence server only to activate and check a licence; the artwork you nest stays on your machine. Policies for products still in development are published when those products ship.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or raise a concern, by emailing info@dcglabs.ca. We answer from that address.
